WHY WE RUN THIS WAY

The Principles That Shape How We Operate

We built polernews around the habits American players already have — not a new payment system they have to learn. That shapes every decision we make, from how accounts are structured to how we handle a withdrawal request.

Wallet-First Design

PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ are the rails we built around because they're what American players already use every day for real transactions — not an afterthought.

Straightforward Account Flow

One identity verification pass, one payment method linked, and the lobby opens. We don't introduce extra confirmation layers that stall your first session unnecessarily.

State Law Transparency

Access depends on your state's current law. We're clear about eligible states rather than overpromising availability — so you know exactly where things stand before you open an account.

Consistent Security Practice

Every account session and payment exchange runs over SSL encryption. Your Play+ card details and Venmo credentials are handled under the same standard as any financial transaction.

REACH OUR TEAM

How to Get Account Help From Us

We run support through three paths so you can reach us in whatever way fits your situation. Account questions, payment hold-ups, identity verification steps — bring them to any channel below and we'll work through it with you directly.

Live Chat Start a live chat session from your account dashboard. It's the fastest path for deposit questions, wallet linking, and anything blocking your access to the lobby.
Email Support Send your question to our support address for account-level issues that need documentation — like identity verification holds or a PayPal transaction that hasn't cleared.
Help Center Our self-service help center covers the most common account steps: connecting Venmo, loading a Play+ card, and walking through the identity check before your first withdrawal.

Explore What We've Built and Why

We shaped polernews around one straightforward idea: your payment path shouldn't slow you down. When you open an account, you link the wallet you already carry — PayPal, Venmo, or a Play+ prepaid card — and move straight into the lobby. Players in Newark can pull up live dealer tables or browse slot rooms like Grizzly Gold and Harvest Moon Cash from

any mobile browser without a separate app download. Our sportsbook covers NFL football, college football, NBA, and MLB with same-game parlays and player props as the everyday options. The account flow is the same whether you're on desktop or mobile: verify your identity once, confirm your payment method, and you're in. We don't layer on unnecessary steps. Where state law permits access,

we aim to make the deposit-to-game path as short as possible — because a fourth-quarter drive doesn't wait.
